Hello Folks,
I've created an onboarding form that allows candidates to fill in required details like payroll and personal information before joining. It also currently gives them access to view all employees in the company.
Is there a way to restrict their access so they can only see the form until they officially join, and then grant them full access afterward?

Where do you have the form set up? I would suggest to look at the employee roles and maybe have one specifically for people you are onboarding without assigning them the other necessary roles yet. ☺️
