Role Permissions to see all open approval requests?

Hi,

how do I have to set up the role permissions that someone can see all open approval requests (at least all absence requests) without them being a Admin?

Hi @ffxbauer !

That is an interesting question.

At the moment, we do not have any specific, customizable access rights for this type of functionality. As you mentioned, the only time someone would be able to get an overview of all open approval requests is if at least 1 of their roles has Admin access enabled.

I suggest that you share your idea in our Ideation page - that way, other users can vote for it if they find it a useful feature to have.
