We wish to implement tenure tenure based increase of vacation entitlement and cap it at 27 days of leave in France. (initial entitlement is 25 vacation days). The screenshot shows how I set it up. Will this allow the increase to stop at 27 days?

I imagine they get the 27 days always after they’ve stayed with you for at least 2 years?
In that case, you’ll actually need to select the recurring reward type otherwise it will stop after 2 years. 😊
