Support: Salary does not show correctly on employee's profile

Question Regarding Employee Salary Calculation for February

Dear Personio Community,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a question regarding one of our employees’ salaries. The employee started working at our company on February 1st (the contract begins on February 1st, and salary payment starts on February 2nd). This means the employee worked the full month of February.

However, the salary displayed in the system shows only €3,600 instead of the agreed €4,000.

Could you please explain why this discrepancy has occurred?

Hi ​@Nhi Cao,

Double check these two things:

  1. Is the hire date actually February 1st? If not, you’d need to change this.
  2. Is the effective date of the salary also February 1st? If not, you’ll have to change this as well
