Teams link for Training sessions

Hello, is there a way for development at Personio to integrate MS Teams into the Personio Training module Training sessions? When I send an invite for a internal Training session for our employees, I can only add a Teams link into a link box, not generate the link myself in personio. This makes no sense because to generate a teams link, now i will have to schedule a Teams meeting in my own calendar.. Then what is this personio invite for, when I have already created it through Teams and sent the same info through there? 

It would work very well, if the teams link would be generated directly in the training reservation/invitation email. In the same way as in the recruitment module, when sending an invite to a teams interview, it generates the teams link in personio. That works good and drives its purpose!

Unfortunately, there's no direct integration with MS Teams. I do really think that having this functionality added to the Performance and Development module, specifically to the Training section, would greatly improve our software usability! Therefore, I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area. In this way, other users will be able to vote for it, and the suggestion will be shared with our Product team.

In order for us to fully understand your idea, I share with you a couple of questions that your description should clarify when posting in the ideation area:

  • What would you like to achieve with Personio? What issue do you need to solve?

  • Why? What would be the added value for you?

  • How are you solving it right now?

The more details, the better! 😃 However, remember not to share any personal or business data with the public. Make sure to add the link to the idea in this thread, so that other users that find your question can upvote it.
