How is it best to record training employees complete external to the company? Do you set up an entirely new training course and session each time? I saw this topic but there wasn’t a clear solution -

Thanks for the question. Our team is currently working on a functionality which allows organisations to update training course completion manually. This feature aims to simplify the process of tracking courses not organized through the course catalog.
The data will be included in the overview and individual training records, giving organizations a more comprehensive overview and holistic reporting. To ensure data quality, organizations have the control to decide who can manually track training, while also seeing who created the manual entry to support possible data error cases.
Once this is released, we will notify this group with a release update!
