How are you including the trainer in Personio training sessions? As they are not an employee they cannot access the system and in the calendar invites cannot see the attendee list.

Hey
As mentioned in our helpcenter guide on Manage Training Courses and Sessions, you have the option to export your training session data to a CSV or Excel file. This feature gives you added flexibility with reporting and allows you to share the session details with external collaborators, like training facilitators.
I tested this out on my demo account and this shows the employee details and attendance status. Therefore you can export this and pass it onto your trainer to ensure they are kept in the loop about the size of the training. If you have any follow up questions, I would be happy to answer them.
