Hi,

How can I see with one view whose contracts are ending within the next 2 months and simultaneously who are joining in the next 2 months?

Is there a report I can use for this?

Hmm. You will need to remove ‘hire date’ from the Filter section, because it will filter out anyone not joining in that range (hence no visible terminations). So maybe this isn’t quite the report you need after all - you will still see the full employee list and have to filter by both hire and termination date...

I believe you can use the People List (under ‘Organisation’) to do this, by adding columns to show Hire Dates and Termination dates. I know that’s not a report, but you can save that list once you are happy with the format and just come back to it as and when required.

Thank you,

Unfortunately, this is not optimal as it gives information on all employees. I would like to see the upcoming 2 months only without needing to export into Excel.

The Analytics/Reports function (new version in Beta currently) offers a ‘Hires’ report template.

If you create a new report using that template, add a new ‘termination date’ column, and set the date range (under Filters) to the next two months, you should then see all hires and terminations in the date range specified.

Hi @Moe - I haven’t had time to look into this yet :)

Hi, I tried creating this report, but it doesn’t show the people whose employments are coming to their end. I have checked that there are some employees that have a termination date in their profile within the time range below.
