Hi,

This is my first question to the forum,

 

Is there a way to edit the text in the email invite to create Personio account?

Yes, you can edit the text in the email invite to create a Personio account. When setting up onboarding steps, you can customize the email invitation template.     I have had a look at the Onboarding and I see the step for the invite but it is not as an email but instead it has the following:

    Is there a way to edit this text?

    Hi ​@kavanelli,

    it looks like the step you shared is an individual onboarding step. You could delete this one altogether and just use the email invitation ​@LegoMD referred to above. You’ll find this in the onboarding steps as “Account Creation”

    Within there, you can edit the texts and different blocks. 😊

      Yes, exactly, thank you ​@SabbuSchreiber :-) The only difference is that in my Personio, it’s not called “account creation” but “Personio email invite.” Please see below:
