Maybe someone here has a solution ;-) I would like to create a workflow in Personio to approve spot bonuses. The idea is that a supervisor can request a spot bonus for an employee, and the approval process should have two levels: first, the C-level manager, and then the CFO.
Any guidance or suggestions on how to set this up would be greatly appreciated!

I’m afraid that generally, approval processes are not fully integrated in Personio yet. I do remember once seeing something somewhere that more possibilities should be available at some time but I have no idea about release dates.
Maybe someone else has more details on this or has an idea for a workaround. From our end, we still handle those manually by e-mail requests so we can get the approvals in written form.
