Workflows within Recruiting

Hi, Id like to set up workflows within the recruiting section like:

  • when someone comments on an application, the recruiter is automatically notified
  • new application came in

 

is there anything like that yet? Within the workflow section, I cant create anything in regards to recruiting.

I’m not too familiar with recruiting but I just asked my colleague. :-)

You have to go into Recruiting within settings and not to the workflows.
Recruiting=>Roles=>Choose the role you are changing the notification settings of => change the settings (which are by default in the system)

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to first create the roles you need.

        Follow Up question: I cannot tag people in comments though right?

         

        Like usually Id only like the Recruiter to be informed when someone comments, but perhaps the recruiter answers and only wants to address the Teamlead but not the Teammember. They can see it, but not get notified. Therefore a tagging of a single person would be helpful.
