Yearly vs Monthly Fixed Salary

Dear Community,

in our case we have a lot of countries, i.e. a lot of HR BPs - and everyone is entering the information diferently. Unfortunately some have entered the salary on a monthly basis, and some on a yearly basis.

Is it possible to have the option to display them both? And if not, is it already put as a suggestion for improvement? I would be happy to do so, if that’s not the case. I think it will be quite beneficial (regaridng the reports at least and a clear overview).

Hi@rstambolieva,😊When a Fixed salary is entered, you can choose eitherMonthlyorYearly.Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to display both.I would encourage you to send this suggestion through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account.
