We want to add the monthly salary slip to the profiles of our employees and automatically send them a notification when done. Is this possible with the Personio app? If yes, how to do it?

In order to upload the payslips of your employees, you can use our multiupload function. This feature will enable you to upload all documents to the employee profiles at once. Please visit our help center to follow the guidance for this task:

Regarding notifying your employees about the upload: At the moment, it is not yet possible to notify employees about documents added to their profiles. Another user has already shared this suggestion for improvement in our ideation area:
