Can inactive employees still download their documents?

Hi! 

 

I was hoping to find out if inactive employees are able to download documents from Personio?

Happy to take this over! 😊

Inactive employees cannot access Personio, meaning that they’re unable to download their Documents. 

What I can suggest you, if you are an Admin or you have the necessary Access rights, is to navigate to their Profile and download the Documents and pass them internally to your employees.
