Hi - can anyone tell me if it is possible to delete a performance cycle please? I can see you can close an open cycle but I would like to remove it totally from the view.

as with a performance cycle comes a lot of information that is important for your company and employees, it is not possible to delete a cycle.
What you can do is, as you already said, to close the cycle. In die cycle overview, you then have the possibility to only filter for ongoing cycles.
