Will the feedback-documents stay in the performance-tab and not be moved into the new module?

If you have already booked our new Performance & Development module for 2023 with your Growth Manager, then your data stored under your employees’ Performance tab will generally be merged into the new P&D area automatically. For now, you might not see any changes in your account; we are still working in the background to ensure smooth transitions from the old setup to the new one.
However, in case you have a mix of specific settings you or your fellow Account Owners will receive an email from Personio, asking for explicit consent to merge your company’s data.
Then you will need to follow the link in the email to submit your preferences, before 15.01.2023. If you do not consent to this, then your data will not be transferred to the new module.
If you are unsure about your account, please open up a ticket with us via Find Answers and we will be happy to look into this for you individually.
