Hi there, I tried to make a reminder for the end date of a work permit. I want to make sure that every individual employee receives a notification 4 weeks before the end date of their work permit. I have two questions: Does this look like the right set-up? Only the employee should receive this notification of his/her own expiring work permit. Not from everyone else’s. Since all employees have visibility access to only their own ‘work permit end date’ attribute, I figured this should work.  After setting the reminder, it disappeared a few days later. Dear community, We would love to sync the related office addresses to user profiles in Azure/Entra AD. Would there be a solution in which we don’t have to add address attributes to the user profiles in Personio? Could the integration take the addresses for each offices from Personio Settings → Offices?How are you syncing the office adresses per profile?

Hi there! We’re looking into setting up performance cycles on Personio so we can have performance reviews all in one place. We’re hoping to have 2 different cycles: Quarterly & 6 Monthly. This would mean that employees and managers would get notification to fill out feedback every 3 months/6 months. From the playing around I’ve done so far it seems like we can set deadlines but the cycles do not automatically repeat after the deadline?

The TimeOff.attributes.created_at and TimeOff.attributes.updated_at values seem to be invalid. During tests they were shifted one hour in the future, when creating an event in the browser. The screenshot shows how the API returns the just created event with timestamps in the future.

Hello - how can an employee easily see how much overtime they can still convert into comp time for a particular calendar year? On the Overtime & Deficit Hours Widget they can see:Tracked - All overtime recorded within the month without deductions. Month balance - Overtime balance at the end of the month, once overtime has been both approved and compensated (vacation days, payouts, etc). Total balance - Overtime balance since time tracking began, once overtime has been approved.HOWEVER - our employees would like to see Total Balance for the calendar year (which for us aligns with the holiday year).Is this possible? At the moment our employees find it difficult to know how many hours of overtime they can still convert.thank you 

Hi, when I create an attribute that is a multi-line textfield and then use that attribute in a document template, all line breaks from the data stored in that attribute are lost.Is there a workaround for this? Could I insert code like <br> into the attribute or anything similar?Thank you!

Hi, We implemented “on-call” in our organization and want to track the amount of days by selecting the created leave type “on-call”. I think entries will only be counted during their work pattern, in this case Mo - Fr. I can not change the work pattern to include Saturday, as this is not a normal work day. Can you please indicate how to deal with such situation in order to track this accordingly in the system? Thank you. Carina

I can’t really find alot of information on archiving accrual policies. I have reassigned everyone to a new accrual policy but there are still some on the old accrual policy (assume this is because they have taken holidays in the year).  So I can archive the accrual policy, but what does this mean in regards to having moved everyone to the new policy? I don’t quite understand the relationship between having people on the old policy and archiving it and moving them to the new policy.

Hi,I have two questions in regards to work schedules.We have a new default work schedule which applies for most of our employees. Do I understand correctly, that I cannot change the default work schedule as off an specific date (without backdated corrections? I want to use this work schedule as default for new hires. Isn’t it possible to make a bulk upload to change the work schedule for active employees for a specific due date? We are wanting to change application/effective dates of employee attributes in bulk. For example, reflect all previous job titles and the accurate date of change. We know that “retroactive changes can be corrected via the Detail view of the employee history by editing the column New value and setting the actual date of the attribute adjustment” and that historical data entries can be added via ‘Actions’ via the Detail view - however, we have numerous attributes to correct across employees in order to pull accurate historical reports. Is there a way to amend dates and add historical data in bulk instead of manually changing it 1 by 1?

We are going through an organisational change, thus we want to make former employees who are still on the payroll but are no longer working with us invisible on the Personio organisational chart. Is it possible for us to have the choice of invisibility, as freelancers do? However, is it only viewable to the organization's administrator? If yes, could you kindly let me know how to go about it?

We have an absence type in Cetitec called Flextime leave.  The request goes through an approval loop and is finally approved by me.  I then need to go to the employee’s attendance tab and manually adjust the overtime balance.  (Our attendances are fed into Personio from our time-tracking system). There is an accrual policy attached to this absence which I would like to remove as employees do not accrue this absence type.  When I set this up I was told to add an accrual policy with the amount “0” days.  This was working find until yesterday, when many employees suddenly could not request this absence any more. I went in to check and had to reassign the policy, which is now leading to a negative flextime balance which is showing in the dashboards of employees.  The policy I assigned this morning is assigned from the “beginning of the current period” but it looks as if the data is showing from the employee’s hire dates. Do I need to have an accrual policy for this absence (we don’t have o

We need a report looking into the upcoming 6 months that will shows us the requested paid vacation days with the specific time period. At the moment, any report will just give us the total amount of days requested in a given period but not the specific days or a breakdown of the days taken by week or month. The closest we could get was via the Export where the periods are indeed available, but this then only shows the current month and it’s not possible to do it forward looking. Do you have any solutions on how this could be addressed as we need the future requests split by week for our staff planning? Thank you!

Liebe Community,folgendes Problem hat sich bei uns ergeben:Eintragung Urlaub 01.08.2023 - 25.08.2023 bei einer 2-Tage-Woche (Dienstag und Freitag)→ 7 Tage Urlaub insgesamt, da der 15.08.2023 im Feiertagskalender Bayern ein Feiertag ist und auch im Unternehmenskalender so angezeigt wird.Im Abwesenheitskalender werden rechts bei “bezahlter Urlaub” 2 vergangene und 6 geplante Urlaubstage angezeigt, insgesamt also 8 Tage, siehe Screenshot. Im Kalender selbst und wenn man neben “Übersicht für 2023” auf den Punkt mit dem Kreis-Pfeil klickt, werden korrekterweite 7 Tage angezeigt.
