Regarding Hiring Speed Report

Hi all,

I want to create a hiring speed report where the initial time is based on the posting date of the job on platforms. Is that a viable option?  Another point I want to inquire about is that is it possible to add features/variables in reporting section by hand? For example, I want x-axis to be a specific variable based on the in-house data of the company that I’m working for, not the pre-existing ones on API.

Hi @turgutmutlu the hiring Speed report is only for since when the application enters your funnel and the time it takes for them to get to the hired stage.  In the Recruiting reporting you can only use the reports as they are already in the system. For other reporting you can also use individual reports, please see here Reports
